Shipping Information

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all our orders standard by either UPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail, standard delivery time is 2-10 days depending on location. For faster processing and delivery you can have your order shipped:

UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days + 1 day for order processing)

UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days + 1 day for order processing)

UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day + 1 day for order processing)

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.

Orders placed after 7 AM (EST) may not process until the next business day.

Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday.

USPS may delivery your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages less than 1 lb may ship via USPS First Class Mail when our Standard Shipping method is chosen. In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) if standard shipping is selected, we may use either carrier for each shipment. It is important you include an address that can receive both UPS and USPS deliveries. If you have a PO Box please provide your physical address as well as the PO Box or choose Priority Mail shipping to ensure your package is deliverable.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges. International orders are also subject to additional charges. If ordering online, your charges will appear upon checkout. You will be notified of any fees that do not conform with our free and flat rate shipping policies. If you'd prefer to call Customer Service to place your Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international order, a representatives will gladly assist you: 1-718-701-1636.

*Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location, if the package is refused or unable to be delivered.

International Shipment

U.S. Territories & Canada

Vitamins-Best.com currently ships domestically to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

We also ship direct from our warehouse to Canada. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery. Additional delivery options may be available for an increased cost. Orders to Canada can be shipped through USPS International Priority Mail to Canada. USPS mail is delivered via Canadian Post (Max. 66 lbs.). As always, customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. We ask that you please be aware of local custom and importation laws. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you.

International Return/Exhcange/Damage Policy

Vitamins-Best.com cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive or arrive with damages as this can occur during the inspection at customs. Our customers must be aware of ingredients prohibited from entering their country (learn more here: http://www.internationalcheckout.com/vitamins/vitamins.html).

Back Ordered Items

On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.

We have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.

Damaged Items

At Vitamins-Best.com we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage.

Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.

Cold-Pack Service

If your order contains products needing refrigeration, and was placed after the cut-off time of 1:00 p.m. Thursday, it won't be shipped out until Monday. (We will indicate on the web page if an item requires refrigeration by attaching the word "ice" after the product name.)

Perishable packages are not in transit on Saturday and Sunday, so for this reason any item noted as perishable must be placed by strict deadlines in order to avoid weekend transit.
